Jessica Camilleri (She/Her) | PSYCHOLOGIST
Jessica is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults across private practice, school, and community health settings. Jessica values building trust and safety with each person she works with and takes a collaborative, strength-based approach to therapy.
Jessica works with individuals presenting with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, low self-esteem, and general mental health and wellbeing. She also supports parents with emotional coaching and behaviour support strategies. Jessica has experience working with autistic people and ADHD’ers to explore their support needs within a neuro-affirming framework.
Jessica uses a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
