Maddie Milton (She/Her) | PSYCHOLOGIST

Maddie is a registered psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across private, public, and educational settings. She provides a safe and supportive space where clients feel listened to and validated, and uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tailored to each person’s needs.

Maddie works with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, school-based challenges (such as school refusal or anxiety), neurodivergence, behavioural concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children and takes pride in helping them better understand their brains. Maddie also collaborates closely with parents to provide a cohesive therapy experience for young people.

She conducts cognitive and academic assessments in a supportive and warm environment and is currently undertaking clinical endorsement to become a registered Clinical Psychologist.
