Rachel Tallent (She/Her) | CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Rachel is a Clinical Psychologist and former Olympian with experience working in both public mental health services and private practice. She works with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and supports clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship and interpersonal issues, anger management, emotion regulation challenges, Autism, ADHD, and general mental health and wellbeing. Rachel also has a particular interest in sports performance and the assessment and treatment of anxiety and depression.
Rachel takes a friendly, collaborative, and non-judgemental approach, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their difficulties and build lasting change. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and draws upon other evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs.
