Taylah Blake (She/Her) | PSYCHOLOGIST

Taylah is a registered psychologist who takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to therapy, working with the whole person and recognising their unique life story. She supports children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan, helping clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, school refusal, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism), body image concerns, grief and loss, general mental health and wellbeing, LGBTQIA+ issues, and cultural or ethnicity-related challenges.

Taylah is passionate about working collaboratively with young people, their families, and communities, and values creating an inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. She recognises the unique experiences of neurodivergent clients and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and tailors therapy to each person’s individual needs. Taylah uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Narrative Practice, to help clients better understand themselves and achieve their goals.
