Claire Foster (She/Her) | PSYCHOLOGIST

Claire is a warm, authentic, and friendly Clinical Psychologist who values the importance of creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental therapeutic space. She works with adults and adolescents aged 14 and above, supporting clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders (adults only), relationship and interpersonal issues, and general mental health challenges.

Claire is particularly passionate about working with LGBTIQA+ clients and has many years of experience within the community, both as a peer and clinician. She provides gender-affirming care and can complete WPATH assessments and support letters for transgender adults seeking hormone replacement therapy. Claire also enjoys working with people from all backgrounds, including culturally diverse and neurodivergent individuals, and takes a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to her work. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma treatment.
